The hire rates are calculated on a base hire rate plus a daily fee for each day beyond the initial two-day hire.

Each hire plinth is re-sanded and re-painted between hires to ensure your plinth is a its best for you. If you’re looking for a colour to better match your vision, we can paint your hired plinth with a color of your choice for an additional fee. The additional fees would include the leg-work to purchase your tint of paint, the cost of the paint, and additional paint rollers and trays. Submit a hire request form.We’ll send you a hire quotation.You email us your acceptance of the quotation.We’ll send you an invoice for the non-refundable hire deposit (half the total hire fee) if the booking is more than two weeks in the future. We will invoice for the full amount on bookings less than two weeks ahead of the booking.You pay the deposit.We’ll invoice you for the remaining hire fee before the hire day.You can collect the plinths yourself, or we’ll deliver your plinth on the hire start date when the invoice has been paid.You return, or we’ll collect, the plinth on the final day of the hire period.
